Green Goddess Dressing - Vegan, DF, GF

Hey Fam!

This week in our produce subscriptions we are featuring some lovely green things to celebrate Spring is here!

Many of you received spinach, parsley, jalapeño, green onions...some of the ingredients for Green Goddess Dressing!

We know it can be hard to enjoy salad and/or eat plant based. When it comes to both the flavor of your dressing and or sauce is the best way to enjoy to ensure these dishes don't have you missing meat. Check out this Green Goddess Dressing to use through the week. We like to make some at the beginning of the week for easy, tasty lunch salads.

Hope you enjoy!

  • juice of 2 lemons

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 bunch of green onion

  • 1 cup fresh Green Wagon Parsley or Superbloom Basil

  • 1 cup Green Wagon Spinach

  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast

  • 1/4 cup walnuts or almonds

  • 1 tsp salt

If you like spicy add in half a jalapeño here! You can also use the dressing as a marinade for chicken or fish! We've also added the dressing to plain greek yogurt to turn into a veggie dip.
